FllTeam8 -- Octobots

 

In 2012, we were both prompt & lucky, and got the FLL Team #8.  Based on that we branded ourselves the OctoBots.  Even luckier, we also knew of GitHub's Octocat (http://octodex.github.com/original/) so we asked GitHub if we could create a logo off their concept.  They both allowed us to create our own, and had one of their designers do a pass at it.  The result is below, which we loved!
